Process Flow

1. On-site shop inspection, preliminary confirmation of feasibility of license application

2. The draft license plan includes compartment standards, ventilation system path maps, store design and seating plans

3. Assist in the application for entry license and all relevant documents submission procedures

4. Attend the joint AVP meeting of various government departments (FEHD, Buildings Department and Fire Department) to discuss the drafting plan and follow up on licensing matters

5. Handling the licensing requirements of various government departments and the revision of the licensing plan

6. Issue and submit the required certificates for the license and follow up according to the requirements of various government departments

7. Accompany officials of various government departments to conduct on-site shop reviews and follow up as recommended by the licensing regulations until the license application is successful
